Mapping between ODHSI and NDW - National Data Warehouse

Hello, is there any documentation available on Mapping between ODHSI and NDW - National Data Warehouse.
Looking for the ways to map HCFA1500 (PFO), UB92 (Facility) and NCDP (Rx) claims to the OMOP model.

I don’t think there is a generic ETL to OMOP: All claims are similar, but the data structure is different enough to require its own conversion. For all codes, however, are mappings in the OHDSI Vocabularies. The Book of OHDSI is going to help you to use them.
