Mapping between drug names and STITCH compound identifiers

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for a mapping between drug names and STITCH identifiers (http://stitch.embl.de/). Is anybody aware of such a resource? I think this is relevant to LAERTES and the CDM.

I have a circa 2013 stitch to rxnorm mapping if no one else has something more up to date.

Thank you, I was able to obtain a mapping from STITCH compound ids to ATC codes from the “chemical.sources” file available here: http://stitch.embl.de/cgi/show_download_page.pl.

I have to check to what extent this is complete though.
