Hello, My name is Rabia Khan, and I am a DPhil student at the University of Oxford. My doctorate project focuses on assessing inequities in breast cancer in LMIC settings using big data and federated analysis. While I am aware that mapped European oncology dataset are identified on the EHDEN platform, I believe there are no equivalent platforms for Asia, Africa, South America, or other LMIC settings. If anyone is aware of mapped oncology datasets from LMIC settings, could you please share the names of the databases? I am aware that in Pakistan the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital and Research Center database is being mapped to the OMOP CDM.
