Hi people. Its pleasure to be here among you all. I am facing an issue like, cohorts are not getting generated in atlas. when i troubleshooted, i found that concept tables does not exist. so my query here is, what are the mandatory tables that should be there in CDMv5.3.1? my guess is all are mandatory.
Yes, if you’re doing cohort definitions, that has the potential to touch all the cdm tables, so yes, all the tables are required. Especially observation period, cohort definitions depend on observation periods being defined.

@Harsha_Ragyari – Even if ATLAS requires the tables to be physically instantiated in your OMOP database, be aware that they don’t necessarily have to contain data. For example, if you aren’t loading clinical notes then the note table will be empty.
