Hello!
My name is Taylor McCready and I am new to the OHDSI community. I am a PhD student in Epidemiology at NYU focused on cancer epidemiology, with an emphasis on disparities in colorectal cancer (CRC) across the care continuum.
For one aim of my dissertation, I’m interested in evaluating whether longer delays to diagnostic colonoscopy after an abnormal stool-based CRC screening test are associated with more advanced CRC stage at diagnosis. I’m interested in framing this as a target trial emulation and using modified treatment policies and targeted maximum likelihood estimation.
I’m seeking collaborators/sites (especially in New York) to ensure sufficient sample size to answer this question.
