List of OMOP studies that used CPRD Gold or CPRD Aurum

For ISAC proposal (to CPRD review committee), I am putting together a list of prior OHDSI studies (that used OMOP CDM converted CPRD data) .

For CPRD data context, see https://www.cprd.com/

If you know about past OHDSI study (that is also published; or even just protocol that mentions CPRD as one site) that used CPRD database, could you please reply with any reference to it?

My current pubmed search is simply https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=cprd%20omop (and gives 1 result, below)

I know about this study (around NSAIDs) here https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4206771/
And I know that some COVID studies did use CPRD (but not all). Can you please help be build a list (or declare that there is only one published OHDSI study using CPRD)

For each study, please clarify if it uses Gold or Aurum version of CPRD. I assume the 2014 study used Gold format.

Dear community, I am interested to connect with OHDSI researchers that use CPRD database. Please email me (or reply here) if you used CPRD data (converted to OMOP). If we author a new ETL of CPRD Aurum flavor into OMOP (we plan to do just that in Q1and Q2 of 2021), perhaps you we can compare our ETL code.

hi Vojtech. We do use primarily CPRD GOLD in my group and have contributed this to previous studies. @jenniferlane and @edburn can give you previous examples, and so can @xintongli
