We have several sites all experiencing issues processing the new concept.csv file.
We have all run the process multiple times and still cannot get past 283 concepts not processed.
I looked at the concepts directly in UMLS and noticed that for some that are not processing, the UMLS vocabulary is ‘HCPT’ whereas the .OUT file shows a vocabulary of ‘CPT’.

You’re right. It appeared that some new concepts are not available via UMLS API. We’re working on a solution and plan to provide it in a couple of days.

The problem is fixed.
Please request a new bundle in Athena and use the updated cpt4 tool.
You can run it against the content you already have, even after previous unsuccessful attempts.
I think your problem is the login to UMLS. The problem described above assumed that the login completed, but not all CPT4 codes were updated. Re-running using the same APIKEY is not going to help.
