Latest Vocabulary Files - CPT4 processing issues

Hello,

We have several sites all experiencing issues processing the new concept.csv file.
We have all run the process multiple times and still cannot get past 283 concepts not processed.

I looked at the concepts directly in UMLS and noticed that for some that are not processing, the UMLS vocabulary is ‘HCPT’ whereas the .OUT file shows a vocabulary of ‘CPT’.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You’re right. It appeared that some new concepts are not available via UMLS API. We’re working on a solution and plan to provide it in a couple of days.

The problem is fixed.
Please request a new bundle in Athena and use the updated cpt4 tool.
You can run it against the content you already have, even after previous unsuccessful attempts.

I just downloaded a new bundle in Athena so I’m assuming I have the most updated jar. Still getting:

ConceptService - Not processed cpt4 concepts: 11645.

Here are samples from logfile.log:

[INFO ] 2024-12-11 09:45:04.899 [pool-2-thread-17] ConceptUpdater - Concept ID: 2104073, code: 25035, UMLS name: null was not successfully resolved
[INFO ] 2024-12-11 09:45:04.899 [pool-2-thread-17] ConceptUpdater - Update status:FAIL. The code value for id 2104073 is []

Any thoughts/help greatly appreciated.

I think your problem is the login to UMLS. The problem described above assumed that the login completed, but not all CPT4 codes were updated. Re-running using the same APIKEY is not going to help.
