I am very interested in learning how to implement Large-Scale Propensity Scores (LSPS) in OHDSI ATLAS using a locally deployed version .
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on:
- A step-by-step approach to conducting LSPS in ATLAS.
- Any videos, tutorials, or articles demonstrating the process.
- Recommended settings or considerations when using LSPS for multiple treatment groups .
My study compares the safety/ADRs of five JAK inhibitors , and I am particularly interested in how best to apply LSPS when comparing these treatment groups.
