I need to calculate incidence rates and proportions of one outcome defined as a certain drop in Urine Albumin to Creatinine ratio, i.e.: What % of patients experience a drop of XXX mg/g from baseline to 4 and 12 months post-index, i.e.2: what is the incidence rate of achieving a drop of XXXmg/g. Likewise, I would like to calculate the mean absolute difference for my target cohorts between baseline and 4 and 12 months post-index. Is there any tool/package (HADES or not) that would allow me to do so using standard vocabulary. Any suggestions on how I could achieve this goal?
