The Tufts CTSI is hiring a developer analyst for their Health Informatics team.
Our role at TuftsMedicine is essentially to deliver focused datasets to clinicians based on their research projects. Our data warehouse is built around the OMOP CDM (pulling data primarily from Epic Clarity EHR), and we use other OHDSI tools for reporting and quality assurance. Our source data is stored in SQL tables, but we mainly use the Julia programming language to generate our SQL queries.

Experience with Epic systems and data models is strongly preferred.
