Sorry for the delay with a response.
First of all please check of existed CONCEPT.csv, CONCEPT_CPT4.csv and “lib” directory in your unzipped folder which was download from the Athena.
Maybe error related to the external service for getting concept names - in this case, I can advise trying again.
