Jackalope, a tool to help with more complex semantic mappings

Yesterday, @Eduard_Korchmar, presented the Jackalope mapping tool to the Healthcare Systems group. Using the same approach as SNOMED’s post coordination expression, the Jackalope tool takes uncoded, complex source values and maps them to standard concepts from the SNOMED vocabulary. It’s really cool and looks to be very helpful for those of us with complex, uncoded source values (EHR data  )! The Jackalope team hopes to have it released and available on GitHub before the Symposium. And @Eduard_Korchmar will present the poster at the Symposium.

The recording is here in our Teams recording folder.
