ISBT Vocabulary access

Hi OHDSI Community,

I recently applied for a license to access the ISBT vocabulary through Athena, but I haven’t received access yet. It’s been over 1 month since I requested access on the Athena website. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar delays or if there’s something additional I need to do to expedite the process.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you receive the e-mails dated August, 26 and June, 26 with the topic “Athena license request”?
The process is we contact the users by email and they confirm they hold the license.

Thank you for your response! Yes, I did receive the emails on August 26 and June 26 regarding the Athena license request. I replied to confirm that I hold the license, but I haven’t received any further instructions since then.

I’ll keep an eye on my inbox and will be sure to update this thread once I receive any updates. Thank you for your assistance!

Please allow us some time. We process the requests one by one, and sometimes the iteration takes up to 2 weeks.
