Is the list of vocabularies here matching to what is built?

Hey all, one of the main pages at ohdsi.org links ‘See Vocabularies’ to this page: https://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:vocabulary:sidebar . When I go to that page I see a lot of vocabularies in red and when I click them it says ‘this topic does not exist yet’. This would make a visitor assume “if this topic is not set up, they must not have this vocabulary”. Is that true? Or could it be, for example on the entry for ‘Race’, that you have a Race vocabulary, you just don’t have a page for that link? (if yes, I would love some volunteer to go make a page for all the red ones that says “This dictionary exists, but does not have curated comments on this page. For more information, see vocabularies general page on github.” So as to not invite “contempt prior to investigation”. Thanks.

All the vocabularies listed there exist in OHDSI vocabulary, but some don’t have documentation yet.
Actually, vocabulary is quite ahead of the documentation, for example ‘SNOMED Veterinary’, ‘ICD-O-3’ exist in vocabularies, but absent in the documentation.
So, we working on the documentation.

And you’re right, first we might create some short notes.

Actually, we need to develop the standardized way of documentation representation.
For example, UMLS has this format:
https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/sourcereleasedocs/current/CPT/index.html
@Christian_Reich
Perhaps we need to have the same tabs?
Or the general overview is enough (as you can see here)?

@Dymshyts
Also, in Github there is a page with the OMOP CDM specifications. I believe that those along with the vocabulary/domain info that Shawn is referring to should be in the same place.

Do you mean the Book of OHDSI?

Thanks
George

Well, OMOP CDM specifications stands for the format of tables, but not a content.
That’s why we would like to keep vocabulary content information in a different place, OHDSI wiki it is.

The specific Book of OHDSI page has link to
http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:vocabulary

updated it up to your request
https://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:vocabulary#standardized_vocabularies
added row: “All vocabularies listed exist in OHDSI vocabulary despite the documentation is not ready for some of them (in red)”
and added previosly missing vocabularies to the list
