Interested in doing a simple study

Hello Everyone,

We started recently with OMOP and have transformed Drug, Measurement, Condition, Visit occurrence, Observation period, Person and Death tables to CDM format.

We would like to do a simple study. How can I find the codes/procedure to reproduce a study which was done at some other site? We are from Singapore

As we are starting off, we would just like to know whether we are in the right direction.

Where can I find the list of studies and their corresponding codes etc?

There is a collection of OHDSI studies published in the following repository:

You can clone the repo, and pick any of those to execute for yourself. They should all work on CDM v5, tho there may be some for CDMv4. Details should be in each study folder.

Beyond that, I do nā€™t have specific instructions on running any of those studies, but the code should be fairly self explanatory or some may even have instructions in the README.md.
