Installing CohortMethod fails (macOS 10.14 mojave)

Trying to install CohortMethod in RStudio on under Mohave, but running up against the error:

Error: (converted from warning) unable to access index for repository https://OHDSI.github.io/drat/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.5:
cannot open URL ‘https://OHDSI.github.io/drat/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.5/PACKAGES’

Must be missing something in my configuration, but not sure what, and not seeing anyone reporting a similar issue.

Any suggestions from those with more experience with this package and OHDSI packages generally?

I’m using CohortMethod under Mohave and R v3.5.1. I had trouble while installing the package.
Though I don’t remember what the problem is and how to solve it exactly, it was associated with RTool version.
(RTools is actually for windows. There is other tools for Mac)

Did this error occur when you entered 'install_github(‘ohdsi/cohortmethod’)?
