Incorrect concentration NDC/RxNorm concept_name for BUPIVACAINE 200 mg in 7 mL / MELOXICAM 6 mg in 7 mL

Hi all,

It seems like the concentration seems off for this concept in OHDSI.

7 ML bupivacaine 29.3 MG/ML / meloxicam 0.88 MG/ML Injection [Zynrelef] 1537626 RxNorm

Synonyms
Zynrelef (bupivacaine 200 MG / meloxicam 6 MG) per 7 ML Extended Release Solution

200 mg / 7ml = 28.6 mg/ml
6 mg / 7 ml = 0.86 mg/ml

I am not sure how the number (29.3 mg/ml) came up. It’s less than 5%, so it might not be a big deal, but are we able to correct this or just leave it as is?

29.3 mg/ml x 7 ml = 205 mg
0.88 mg/ml x 7 ml = 6.16 mg

I am not sure how the number (29.3 mg/ml) came up. It’s less than 5%, so it might not be a big deal, but are we able to correct this or just leave it as is?

But I’ve stopped worrying and became a little bit happier when I saw that this came from RxNorm itself
