I would like to share an update to the ThemisMeasurement network study. With Themis WGs now merged, I decided to put it into separate thread. Previous updates were posted here Themis: subgroup: measurement, procedure - #10 by Vojtech_Huser
Thanks to recent addition of another large dataset to the ThemisMeasurement study (here: StudyProtocolSandbox/themis at master · OHDSI/StudyProtocolSandbox · GitHub )
The reference knowledge base went from containing 437 tests to 766 tests. We are still looking for EU sites to contribute their data!

Hi Vojtech, great work. Maybe we could help with some metadata on European datasets. The only thing you need is the result from the query mentioned here?
Themis group (sub-group: measurements) aims to standardize lab tests and related issues (e.g., units)
# Introduction
This effort will be based on real world data at OHDSI sites.
## Update 2018-11
results presented at AMIA. Data driven consensus will be recomputed. KB submitted as PR to Achilles Heel and will be implemented as R function there.
SQL queries extended to cover more DQ aspects.
## Update 2018-05
Slight update to the data collected for ThemisMeasurement Database (looks at Measurements and Observations). Achilles Heel implementation discussion. Posting of units results.
## Update 2018-02
The result of the network study is ThemisUnits database (or knowledge base) (and other knowledge bases also looking at measurements (without regard to units)
JAMIA Open allows publishing short article centered about database. Outcomes will be published under this framework (as ThemisUnits database)
