I believe the concept_code for 44823683 has the decimal in the wrong spot. Athena currently says “E819.1”, and I believe should be “E81.91” (ie, only three characters to the left of the decimal)

Sorry for the silence. Probably everyone is out enjoying the nice weather 
I also see the E819.1 in ICD9CM documentation.
The current algorithm implies a dot after 2 digits for V-codes and a dot after 3 digits for E-codes, which can be confirmed from the ICD9CM browser as well as from icd.codes browser.
Therefore, I don’t think we were incorrect in coding.
