I am a Entry level Data Engineer .Recently i have joined this community . I want to know how to run this atlas generated study package in R. What are the pre-requisites for the study . I want to know how we run it and why we run it . So that i can apply my skills for better understanding and progress with the process further.
I want to learn the work flow from generated study package to how we generated the estimation and bulid the models in the Rstudio and output our study in the shiny. I am interested in the running the study package in Rstudio where we can run more PLP and PLE .
I would appreciate your guidance towards this workflow.
