How to map a record in Observation.csv to front-end components？

Hi everyone, I have a question: How to map a record in Observation.csv to front-end components？

For example, I have one record in Observation.csv, observation_concept_id as 45528448 FAMILY HISTORY OF POLYCYSTIC KIDNEY. I would like to put this into Family History area on our application front-end screen. What is the standard way to do it?
