I have observational data in csv format. Designing ETL and code mapping process has been completed. I was able to find extensive documentation for both previous tasks. However, I have not been able to find anything on how to develop a CDM yet. It would be great if anyone can help me with starting off- any literature/guidelines on how to develop a CDM?
