How do you normally use Atlas?

Hi folks,

I’ve been working on using BigQuery as the storage engine for OHDSI tools, especially Atlas. My background is pure engineering so I have no idea how to use/test/improve the tools from the healthcare perspective.

I would really appreciate if you could share briefly what your daily workflows look like (e.g. import a concept set, then create a cohort, then do this analysis).

Welcome @lastomato. The poster to which @ericaVoss referred you summarizes a good set of Atlas use cases. As you can see, several of us have been working on making the OHDSI tools incrementally more BQ-friendly. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
