How could I find some public accessible electronic health databases?

Hello, there. I would like to consult you a question: How could I find some public accessible electronic health databases? We have completed a pharmacovigilance study related to immune checkpoint inhibitors. It will much appreciated if you could tell me how to conduct a retrospective cohort to validate our findings via some open source EHR/EMR databases.

Nowhere. Such data are not available openly. However, there are tons of OHDSI friends who have data, and who will be glad to help you. You need to write a post here, describe your study, and invite them to participate. This happens a lot, for example here and here.
