Hi, I am currently working on a project where we have a use case for converting the HL7 V2 message into OMOP CDM. We have been able to map HL 7 FHIR to OMOP CDM albeit not completely, but I just wanted to know if there are any methods or mappings that are available that we can deploy easily to transform HL V2 to OMOP CDM?
Any guidance in this direction would be deeply appreciated. Thank you!
I’m actually looking to map hl7 v2 and ccd to FHIR. My thought was to go to OMOP, then from OMOP to FHIR. Oddly enough, I am having a hard time finding v2/ccd to OMOP tools which are available publicly. Would love to know if you have made any progress on this.
