With 20+ authors, you’ll have to be more specific than that! 
I saw a note from @Sigfried_Gold that the Protocol Template was written for a causal inference study. Considering a similar template is used for PLP, I’m not sure this is so… but we’d be open to hearing what you think is missing. There may be some sections that are not applicable. The current template does not indicate “required” or “not required” fields so there is room for interpretation.
Either way, there is definitely room for expansion. The Characterization chapter is a home to many of the accelerators that will help with writing the code for your descriptive study. I would suggest perhaps calling it Characterization… as this is currently the term used by the community for this type of study design.
