Help creating a complex Atlas query

My Atlas skills have become rusty, and I was hoping someone might be willing to help me create a complex query, likely in a stepwise fashion.

Query 1:

  1. Diagnosis: Glioblastoma or other high-grade gliomas.
  2. Treatment History:
  • Patients must have received at least six cycles of Temozolomide (TMZ).

Query 2:

  1. Diagnosis: Glioblastoma or other high-grade gliomas.
  2. Treatment History:
  • Patients must have received at least six cycles of Temozolomide (TMZ).
  • Documentation of disease progression after Temozolomide treatment.

Query 3:

  1. Diagnosis: Glioblastoma or other high-grade gliomas.
  2. Treatment History:
  • Patients must have received at least six cycles of Temozolomide (TMZ).
  • Documentation of disease progression after Temozolomide treatment.
  1. Recurrence:
  • Must have experienced at least one recurrence.
