I downloaded CMS SynPUF 5% Sample from https://www.ohdsi.org/data-standardization/, but in there are not header in csv files. I tried to use headers from github (https://github.com/OHDSI/CommonDataModel/tree/master/Sql%20Server), but they don’t match. Where can i find headers for CMS SynPUF 5% data or data that is needed on github site. For the past few days i tried to find that data but with no success. I would be greatful for any help
I am curious whether anyone had the answer to this question. Or did the question not make sense??
