HCPCS codes losing "standard" status

In the vocabulary version downloaded on June 9, 2018 there are HCPCS codes that are no longer considered standard though they do not have an invalid reason code nor has their valid end date passed. Two such concepts are 2617178 and 40664566. In a version from December 10, 2017 both of these codes are standard concepts. I thought this might be related to this CDM proposal about deprecated HCPCS and CPT4 codes but the decision made was to keep them standard and the invalid reason null and to change the valid end date to reflect the date that they were deprecated in the source.

@Dymshyts any thoughts as to what the cause might be?

These are drugs, which are non-standard in HCPCS. You will see mappings to CVX for these particular two in the upcoming release.
Except for the couple of drugs that are too broad (like Compounded drug, not otherwise classified) we expect all of them to be mapped to RxNorm/RxE or CVX.

Thanks @aostropolets!

Please feel free to download
