The OMOP website is defunct, since OMOP is no longer an active project. OHDSI is now maintaining the OMOP Common Data Model and Standardized Vocabularies, but beyond that has created an Open Source presence for the collaborative of international researchers. However, most of the OMOP artifacts are still available if you are interested. Anything you need in particular?
Thank you for your answer.
I want to know about HOI.
and concept_relationship table has those things.
Can I get more details about it?
The HOIs and DOIs are the artefacts we were studying during OMOP. They have relationships to Conditions (SNOMED concepts) and Drugs (RxNorm concepts).
Any reason you are interested in that? We actually wanted to pull them out soon.
I was interested because it looked good to use for drug`s side effect outcome. But I didn’t know how it was made, so I didn’t know how to use it. You’re going to pull out.
Thanks for letting me know!
