Greece not in Geography vocabulary

Hello,

Probably a naive question, but why is there only a handful of countries in the Geography vocabulary? We are currently creating an OMOP db, and just found out that Greece is not part of the Geography vocabulary. How should we go about having it added?

probably, the solution here may be to use a SNOMED concept for ‘Greece’ (Athena), since for now refreshing the Geography domain is not on the priority list.
