I’m currently working on my first OMOP project and am encountering a question regarding matching concept IDs for different columns. Specifically, I’m comparing Gleason scores, which align with the Measurement table in the Athena vocabulary. The corresponding concept ID (734332) also has the domain ID ‘Measurement.’
However, I’m also dealing with ISUP scores, another measure for prostate cancer. The closest matching concept ID I found (602269) does not have a domain ID in the Measurement table; instead, it’s under Observation.
My concern is whether it would be appropriate to match ISUP data with the Measurement table using this concept ID.
