GCN/GSN to RxNorm mapping verification

My EHR source data uses First Databank for their medication mappings to RxNorm. However, the data doesn’t have a clearly defined GSN/GCN. I am hoping my friends in the OHDSI community will be able to verify or invalidate the following code strings and definitions that I think may be GSN/GCN codes:

261647 Aspirin 81mg Oral Chewable
251929 Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg Oral Tablet
286546 Albuterol Sulfate 5mg/ml Solution Inhalation

Thanks,

No idea what these things are. GCN Seq Numbers indeed have 6 digits, but not these:

004380 “ASPIRIN 81 mg ORAL TABLET, CHEWABLE”
005132 “METOPROLOL TARTRATE 50 mg ORAL TABLET”
005040 “ALBUTEROL SULFATE 5 mg/mL INHALATION SOLUTION, NON-ORAL”

The ones you have I could find neither as concept_id nor concept_code anywhere in the entire vocabulary. Sorry.

Christian – we know these numbers are not in the current set of vocabulary tables. We are trying to figure out what these numbers are and suspect we are going to have to purchase something from FDB to get mappings into RxNorm. We were told that these numbers might be FDB GSN numbers. We are trying to verify that these number are in fact FBD GSN numbers.

We are reaching out to the community to see if anybody recognizes these numbers (and the associated medications) in Melanie’s posting to verify that they are, in fact GSN numbers. Or, if not, does anybody know what these codes are?
