Free text diagnois coding

dear all,
patient diagnosis in our EMR system is free text ,how could i map these text automatically to ICD 10 code?
I do know in some hospital they have quite a lot of informatcist who can do code and text mapping work mannually,but we don`t have the workforce.

any help will be appreciated.

Use Usagi. It will help you do the mapping. However, instead to ICD-10-CM it will do so to SNOMED-CT, which is the Standard Vocabulary for Conditions in the OMOP system.
