Hi, I’ve been exploring creating concept sets on ATLAS, but was wondering if there are some existing “canonical” concept sets for common chronic conditions. For example, codes for patients with diabetes, hypertension, or COPD. Searching for these on ATLAS yields a lot of existing concept sets, but it is hard to the untrained eye to tell which is most relevant. Is there some sort of repository for these? Or failing that, some way to rank existing concept sets by size?
Hi, I am not sure if you already know and it is not exactly what you are looking for but there is a phenotype library for cohort definitions (https://github.com/OHDSI/PhenotypeLibrary) that might be of use to you. There is also a working group around the subject.
