We are mapping FHIR to OMOP and adding HL7 FHIR code systems as custom vocabularies.
Would it be appropriate to use FHIR code system as a VOCABULARY.vocabulary_reference?
What if the codes only have OID, which does not look like a URL? Would that be okay to save it into vocabulary_reference?
Example: race - HL7.FHIR.US.CORE\OMB Race Categories - FHIR v4.0.1
