Dear all!
I am pleased to announce that the new release v20260227 is now available in Athena!
During this release we focused mainly on Drug vocabularies and prepared some awesome things for you:
- We updated 11 vocabularies, including VANDF/VA Class, OMOP Extension and Type Concept refresh on the Community’s request.
- CIEL was updated as a part of Complex Community Contribution initiative by @Andy_Kanter, @Polina_Talapova and @Denys_Kaduk.
- EDI was updated by the stewards @Yiju_Park and @SCYou.
- A new vocabulary HPO was introduced as a simple Community Contribution by @Alexdavv and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill team.
- We performed a massive deduplication of RxNorm Extension.
- We improved concept names for ATC and CPT4 vocabularies.
- We implemented mapping improvements reported by our Community members (kudos to @edburn , @MPhilofsky , @katy-sadowski and @Dymshyts)
