I wanted to know if we can Extend OMOP CDM for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Systems. if yes please guide me how to implement it.

OMOP is currently patient-centric. If you want to create another system that figures out revenue streams from payers go ahead and make a proposal, @shrinivas.
