Example of Atlas Data Source

Hi
Is there any public Data Source sample to get a data source and a report for my local Atlas to connect to and show if my installation is OK?

Hi @jcabrerazuniga ,

It depends on which DB backend you are using. There is a Public Synpuf BigQuery dataset. I think there is something on AWS using OHDSI in a box on AWS in a box. For the rest (e.g. Postgres) you may need to instantiate a DB yourself using Synpuf or Synthea. There is an OHDSI to generate a Synthea OMOP-CDM database.
