Within EHDEN (ehden.eu), we will be supporting the conversion of many European datasets to the OMOP CDM. To do this effectively, and help the SME’s fully in this job, we will enhance the existing ETL tooling. Last week, we kicked this off, and are gathering requirements.
The current focus is mainly on improving White Rabbit (for source data profiling) and Rabbit in a Hat (for ETL design). We are collecting issues on Github and putting them on our roadmap, see https://github.com/OHDSI/WhiteRabbit/issues. If you are interested, please review the current list of enhancements and comment if you have suggestions. Other desired enhancements are also very welcome. We might just put them on our roadmap.
