Error in synthesize positive controls

Hi Everyone,
I am currently trying to get familiar with the PLE on ATLAS using CMSDESynPuf100K post gres data. On running the study package on R studio I am getting the following error.

Message: Error in synthesizePositiveControls(connectionDetails = connectionDetails, : Not enough negative controls with sufficent outcome count to fit outcome model. Found 0 controls with enough outcomes (> 50), but require 5 controls.
Level: FATAL
Time: 2021-02-16 06:46:25

Please advice on how to trouble shoot and proceed.

As the message implies, there are no negative controls with >50 outcome events, so positive controls cannot be synthesized. I would turn off positive control synthesis for now. Likely there are other issues with your study design that are causing the lack of negative control outcome events.

I recommend reading the Population-Level Estimation and Method Validity chapters before proceeding.
