Episode table documentation missing information

I am currently reading through the OMOP CDM v5.4 documentation and trying to understand the episode table: OMOP CDM v5.4 .

It reads

For cancer episodes please see [article], for non-cancer episodes please see [article].

Does anyone know the article this is referring to?
