Empty zip file when downloading vocabularies from Athena

Hi guys,

I am new to OMOP and am interested in mapping ATC to NDC codes. I am stuck at downloading the vocabularies from Athena. I submitted a request through ATHENA (www.ohdsi.org/web/athena/) for ATC, NDC and RxNorm vocabularies, but the zip file it provides does not contain any files in it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I also had this happen yesterday. I tried with the default selections for both v4.5 and v5.0. I had empty zip files created each time. Here is one of the file names:
vocab_download_v5_{11A0AE34-2052-48F4-3056-23D215736BBA}.zip

I just tried again and got the zero length file.

You need to create another zip file, though.

I am still getting this problem. I select every checkbox that is not grayed out in Athena and when I receive the link to the zip file it is corrupt (and very small) every time

You got it again, not still :(. We are struggling with some stupid file write permission. Should be fixed tomorrow.
