What are your areas of interests? One of the things I’m doing in emergency medicine is converting our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) dataset to OMOP 5.3 to better integrate and enable research from 911 to hospital discharge.
Some members of the SAEM informatics group are working on ED related OMOP measures.
I’ve done some cardiac and stroke related projects in the ED - mostly around predictive analytics and integration of devices such as 12-lead ECG. Now moving on with integrating ICU patient monitor data into OMOP via the N3C/MIMIC-4 collaborations and projects.
