Are you planning on supporting the various EHR systems (Cerner, Epic, Vision etc.)?

At a generic level, yes. We provide support for all EHR data by giving guidance through the ETL process, maintaining lists of current resources, encouraging collaboration, and possibly establishing a mentor program between veteran EHR OMOPers and those just joining the journey. The last one is completely dependent on the community and would be specific to the source system. If we are able to establish a mentoring program, then it could support the various EHR systems.
