Easy_to_go CDM local implementation

Good afternoon everybody,

I am pretty new in the forum,
I am a research assistant in Milan and I would like to set up for studying a minimal OMOP CDM.
Could you please suggest an easy to go tutorial for building a CDM from scratch? I have experience as bioinformatician using R libraries and my final aim would be analyze with R libraries and OMOP already released analytical tools patients’ metadata let’s say. I thanl you very much for your help,

If I am not wrong, that seems a general course platform, could you please suggest something more specific? I have experience in bioinformatics data analysis, genomics, clinical data collection matters: I would like to start with tutorial, worked examples
