[Drug alarm data mapping]

Hello
I’m junsang yoo form korea, Samsung Medical Center, and interested in medication alert data.
For the first step, we are investigating whether the drug alarm data con be mapped to an observation table.
I wonder where to map among these two concept.

ID / CODE / NAME / CLASS / CONCEPT / DOMAIN / VOCAB
4220345 / 39869006 / Alarm / Physical Object / Standard / Device / SNOMED
2615316 / A9280 / Alert or alarm device, not otherwise classified / HCPCS / Standard / Valid / Device / HCPSC

If you had have any similar problem, please share your experience.
Thank you.

Yeah, devices are messy. For now, you can basically pick whatever you want as they are both standard. On the other hand, this ‘not otherwise classified’ part in HCPCS gets me thinking that I wouldn’t use it without knowing what this ‘other classification’ is.
Another thing: is this alarm exactly what you want? An object that buzzes and wakes you up and not an EHR alert of some kind?

Wait, @aostropolets . @junnsang wants to capture these records in the observation table. So, the domain of vocabulary should be observation, too.

Then we need to know what exactly he wants to capture. An alarm as a physical object?
