Hi,
ECS task that was created is still running for the DQD from 24 hrs but the UI dashboard already produced results for the required OMOP data. Do the task need to be completed to review the results in the UI ? is the task completion impact the UI results ?
If your Shiny app launched and is displaying results, that should mean that DQD finished running. DQD only writes to the results json file one time, at the end of the run. And the Shiny app reads in that that file one time before launching.
That said, without knowing anything about your infrastructure it’s tough to know what’s going on here. Looking at the logs for this task would be a good place to start. But you should probably speak with your IT team or whoever maintains this infrastructure.
