This is a call out to anyone at other institutions with College of American Pathologists (CAP) electronic Cancer Protocol (eCP) encoded data? At Northwestern, we use Epic Beaker and have been able to extract the discrete pathology findings recorded in synoptic pathology reports that persist CAP’s internal stable identifiers (cKeys). We are looking at mechanisms to map this data to a standardized vocabulary and would like to work on this with multiple collaborators to prove what approaches work best.
