Does any body know how many CTP4 code will be imported in to CONCEPT.CSV?

Hi there,

Does any body know how many CTP4 code will be imported in to CONCEPT.CSV? And How long will the process take?

I’m setting up OHDIS on my mackbook pro with Postgres. I have downloaded the vocab_download_v5, unzip it and run the CPT4 utility via cpt.sh. The speed is a little slow, I got about 3000 records in an hour. And then the process suspend when the Records imported hit 6138. I want to know if my experience is correct, with the speed 3000/per hour, how long will it take to get all CPT4 code?

I got the answer after 4.5hours later :smile:

Records imported: 14579
CPT update finished.

Totally depends on your access speed to the NLM website. If it’s fast, the whole thing takes half a minute.
